Pasta is my go-to comfort food. I even like it raw! I prefer dishes that are not smothered in red sauce, cream sauce, or butter. A little salt, pepper, olive oil, and bread crumbs with my pasta makes me happy. Here are some of my simple, tried, and true favorites.
