I bought a 3 1/2 quart crockpot to conserve on space in the RV. I wish I had purchased an oval 6 quart slow cooker instead, as I have to adjust all recipes to make less.
I also discovered that boneless, skinless chicken thighs cook better in a crockpot than boneless breasts.
Jeff is not a fan of slow cooker meals, which comes as no surprise since he dislikes leftovers. But that’s good for me. He enjoys the original dish and I can freeze the rest for later. Or I can eat the leftovers while Jeff fends for his own supper.
